Welcome to Fantastic Firsties!  This is a space where you will find all kinds of information about Grade One in Mrs. Nuttall's class.  Be sure to check it out each week, as it will be one of my main ways of communicating with you, along with email.  Each Friday or sometime on the weekend, I will be updating the blog and sending you a link to the most current post. 

Across the top of the blog there are some tabs:

• HOME - This is the main blog page and where you will find weekly (and sometimes daily) blog posts.  I will email out a link letting you know when I have updated the blog.  You may also sign up on the blog to receive an automatic email every time I update the blog so that you don't miss out.
• ABOUT MRS. NUTTALL - This tab is just a bit about me.
• 1C AGENDA - At the beginning of each week I will post important notes about each day of the coming week.  This could include reminders about activities and items to send to school, etc. The student agenda that my students use in 1C will not have important calendar days in it.  It will be used as communication about what they did at school each day.  I use it as a writing tool.  Please check this agenda tab for the important dates.
• MONTHLY CURRICULUM UPDATES - At the beginning of each month, I will write what curriculum we will be covering in 1C.
• CALENDAR - This tab will bring you to the calendar for our class, 1C.  All important dates for our class and RBES will be on this calendar and it will always be up to date.  Please check it frequently.
• RAINBOW WORDS - All Rainbow Words (sight words) will be posted here each week.
• GREAT WEBSITES - I post some links to good websites here.  If you find a great link, please email it and I can share it with everyone here.
