November 30th

We did an awesome Rainbow Milk experiment!
We put drops of the primary colours into 3% milk and then dabbed it with Dawn dish soap.
The colours moved away from the centre and mixed and the effect was awesome.
Unfortunately my video would not upload today.

Observations:

Our second experiment was Walking Water.
Students were able to see coloured water get absorbed into the paper towel and creep its way towards the other colour.  After a day, they were able to see the colours mixing to form new colours.

And our third experiment was a favourite, I think.
It was the Jello Jumble!
Students squished the primary Jello colours in their
own bags to see the colour mixing.
They were excited to take it home to eat!

Fun playing Broom Ball out in the sunshine this week!

Cozying up with a good book together!

CONGRATULATIONS TO JASPER FOR BEING STUDENT OF THE WEEK!
